1.ESTATE & FACILITIES OFFICER

To serve as a coordinator for mosque’s facility and operations in support of all mosque’s program and activities.  Duties include the operations and maintenance of equipment systems, interior and exterior maintenance and oversight of service contracts associated with the operation and maintenance of mosque’s facilities & properties.

 

Experience:

Candidates with relevant work experience will be an advantage

Knowledge in Energy Management will be an advantage

 

Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in MS Office

Knowledge of AV equipment including projectors, microphones, speakers, LCD/Plasma Displays etc

Basic understanding on how to troubleshoot AV

Able to work on flexible hours and weekends - Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights and weekends

Able to work independently under tight deadlines

Good PR Skills

Self-Driven team player with good planning, organising, communication & interpersonal skills

Effective professional-level interaction with employees, customers and colleagues a must.

Good problem solving and trouble-shooting skills

Passion for Community Services

2. KINDERGARTEN TEACHER

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a key role in providing our young children with an enriching learning experience and nurturing their social skills. You will plan to deliver education activities that foster holistic development for the children and be involved in the parent and community engagement.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T)
  • Registered ECDA Educator - L2
  • At least 5 GCE 'O' Level Passes with at least a B4 in GCE 'O' Level English & Malay (To teach English & Malay Language)
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Passion to engage and nurther young children

Additional Info :

  • Able to work on 35 hours work week : Monday to Friday
